Never Expire Again is an expiration tracking and reminder service that helps you monitor items with expiration dates, including but not limited to:

The Service sends reminder notifications via email to help you take timely action before items expire. We do not automatically renew any items on your behalf.

Subscriptions and Billing

We offer a free tier that allows tracking up to 10 items with basic features. The free tier is available indefinitely and requires no payment information.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans ("Pro" and "Business") offer additional features and higher limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your subscription

Price Changes

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Refunds

Important: We are a reminder service only. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered, and you remain solely responsible for renewing or taking action on your tracked items.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NeverExpireAgain SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from missed expirations or failed notifications
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeverExpireAgain, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
